Governor Mutfwang Congratulates Gufwan Ayuba Burki on Appointment as Executive Secretary of National Commission for Persons with Disabilities

Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has congratulated Mr. Gufwan Ayuba Burki on his appointment as Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD).
